Lions Daze Sponsorship Form
Sponsor the following Lions Daze Events!
Check One for each event you wish to sponsor. Sponsorship needs to be in by 6/1/24 unless otherwise noted below.
All levels will include entry in parade and your company name will be on banners in the parade, and at Lions Daze
Raffle Cash will go toward our 1st five prizes which are cash totaling $7,500. Your company name will also be on the tickets as a major sponsor of the raffle prizes. Banners will be at Raffle Tent during Lions Daze. All donations toward the Major Prizes must be turned in by 3/31/2024 if you wish to have your business’ name listed on the raffle tickets.
Raffle Prizes must have a minimum value of $100 and be turned in by 3/31/2024 if you wish to have your business’ name listed on the raffle tickets.
Please list any item(s) you would like to donate as prizes for the raffle. Your company name will appear on all raffle tickets as the company that donated that prize. Raffle prizes donated may not have any kind of purchase stipulations.

2024 Sponsorship Opportunities
We are looking for sponsors for Sussex Lions Daze. Please read over the different Sponsorship Levels below to see how your company will be recognized for your support. The due dates are the dates we need sponsorships turned in by in order for you to realize all of the benefits of the sponsorship levels you choose.
We now have the option to complete the form online. If you are planning to sponsor and participate in the parade, please also complete the parade registration.

Lions Daze Sponsorship Levels

Bronze Sponsor ($150) = Your company name will be on signage in the areas you sponsored at the event.

Silver Sponsor ($250) = Everything that the Bronze Sponsors receive, plus the following: We will put up one of your company’s own banners at the event (Business must supply banner).

Gold Sponsor ($500) = Everything that the Silver Sponsors receive, plus the following: Your company name will also appear on large display signage throughout the park during Lions Daze, listing your company as a Major Sponsor of Lions Daze.

Platinum Sponsor ($1,000) = Everything that the Gold Sponsors receive, plus the following: Your company name will appear on Lions Daze posters, will be listed on audio message played at the park during the festival, social media shoutout including your company name and logo, and will receive one 10’ X 10’ booth to advertise your company. Only passive selling will be allowed.

VIP Sponsor ($2,000) = Everything that the Platinum Sponsors receive, plus the following: Your company will be given a roped off area in either the Main Beer Tent or the Specialty Beer Tent, a private Port a John, an assigned bar tender, and $500 worth of Drink Tickets. This sponsor level will be limited to four sponsors (two for Friday night & two for Saturday night).

Koozie Sponsor ($2,000) = Everything that the Platinum Sponsors receive, plus the following: Your company’s logo would go on one side of the Lions Daze koozies. This sponsor level will be limited to one sponsor. 500 koozies will be purchased.

Beer Pitcher Sponsor ($2,000) = Everything that the Platinum Sponsors receive, plus the following: Your company’s logo would go on one side of the Lions Daze beer pitchers. This sponsor level will be limited to one sponsor. 500 beer pitchers will be purchased with your business name on them.

Beer Mug Sponsor ($2,500) = Everything that the Platinum Sponsors receive, plus the following: Your company’s logo would go on one side of the Lions Daze beer mugs. This sponsor level will be limited to one sponsor. 500 beer mugs will be purchased with your business name on them.

T-Shirt Sponsor ($3,000) = Everything that the Platinum Sponsors receive, plus the following: Your company’s logo would go on the back of the Lions Daze T-Shirt. This sponsor level will be limited to four sponsors. Minimum quantity of 500 shirts would be purchased.

Parking Sponsor ($5,000) = Everything that the Platinum Sponsors receive, plus the following: Sponsor will receive multiple large banners, displayed at all parking entrances. “Free Parking Brought To You by Your Company”

Band Tent, Bingo/Food Tent or Specialty Beer Tent Sponsor ($5,000) = Everything that the Platinum Sponsors receive, plus the following: Sponsor will receive multiple large banners, displaying “Band - Bingo Food - Specialty Beer Tent Brought To You by Your Company”
***If you sponsor more than one event within Lions Daze, you will receive the combined level of sponsorship for each event. (Example – if you sponsor two events at the Silver Level for Lions Daze, you will receive everything that the Gold Sponsor receives as a Lions Daze sponsor).
Sussex Lions Daze and Parade
This event has been billed as the annual homecoming for the Sussex / Lisbon communities since 1967. This event draws thousands to Sussex Village Park in mid-July for an array of activities such as food, music, tractor pulls, fireworks, softball tournaments, and carnival rides. On Sunday, the Lions Daze parade, a large gathering of floats, bands, clowns, clubs, and the display of local military and fire equipment parading down Main Street Sussex for all to see.
There are several areas of the festival that you can sponsor including Parade, Tractor Pull, Softball Tournament, Bingo, Fireworks, Bands, Motorcycle Road Rally, and the Raffle.
Additional options include: Koozies, T-Shirts, Beer Mug, Beer Pitcher, Parking, and Tents.
